Sisters Smoke Show

Back in august 08 I took a photo tour with one of the worlds premier Landscape photographers Marc Adamus. I learnt a great deal from this tour on a 3 day trek through Three Sisters Wilderness Region Oregon. I even came away with a few keepers! This is from a high ledge on our way to the backside of broken top mountain. In this shot you are overlooking the three sisters lit up with a crazy light show. The color in the sky came from high elevation smoke caused by field burning in the state of Oregon. This high level smoke gave us more than one light spectacle throughought our tour. Pretty amazing feeling standing here, shooting with such talented photographers. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
